Welcome to the Waratah Campus
Here at Narnia we believe in partnering with each family to provide their child with the best start in Early Education and Care. We place Christ as the core of everything we do and experience great joy as we journey together with each child. Our experienced and dedicated team are all active Christians in their local church community.
We follow the Early Years Learning Framework and we strive to provide environments both indoors and out that allow children to be individual learners; to experience joy, wonder and fun in all they do; to be immersed with new ideas and discovery; to follow their interests; to be the very best they can be; and to learn more about who they are as created by a loving God.
As both the Director and teacher, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that I am willing to share with you. I am passionate about getting to know each child enrolled at Narnia and to build a positive relationship with both the child and family. I am always available to discuss concerns or to hear new ideas. Together we can build an environment that is unique to Narnia and encourages everyone to do great things.
Yours in Christ,
Leaders in Early Childhood Education and Care
Meet Our Staff
Narnia staff are educated and experienced in Early Childhood education. We follow the Early Years Learning Framework to provide developmentally appropriate activities which are stimulating, challenging and creative and which cater for individual needs and interests. We provide flexible programs which promote self-discovery, spontaneous learning, independence and a positive self-esteem.
Our greatest aim is for all children to feel safe and secure in a loving Christian environment. This is the greatest entry point for learning.
I am passionate about providing an environment for each child to develop, be nurtured, and grow to be confident in readiness for formal schooling. I am amazed daily at the discoveries, wonder, imagination and enthusiasm that young children display in their environment.
I feel blessed to be in a role that allows me to make a positive difference in children’s lives.
My role is to manage the enrolments and fee payments for your children, as well as oversee the business management of all of the Narnia services. I have been working for Narnia since the end of 2011 and love it.
I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work at Narnia. It is an opportunity to encourage children to take risks in their learning and nurture their own unique passions and interests.
I attend Globe church. I enjoy gardening, going on walks, going to the beach, drinking delicious coffee and catching up with family and friends.
I believe that one of the key roles as an educator is to allow a child to grow up into all that Christ has called them to be.
I have a Diploma of Community Services (Children’s Services), and have been working in the childcare industry for over 10 years. Working with children is a pleasure for me. I love facilitating their learning and watching their personalities develop over the early years.
In my spare time I enjoy baking cakes and treats, watching movies, spending time with friends and swimming.
I am just thrilled to be working with your beautiful children! I attend The Grainery at Tighes Hill and am passionately involved in the Worship team and Creche. A few of my passions include; traveling, singing, playing guitar, spending time with my family and friends, encouraging and nurturing children, being involved in missions in India and worshiping our Amazing God!
I have had the pleasure of working at Narnia since 1997. I really enjoy when many of the older children come back and visit, especially when they bring along a new baby or young child to enrol. I have two beautiful adult children, Grace and Sam. We attend C3 Victory and enjoy serving in the Creative team and Youth ministry.
I am so blessed to work in such an amazing place such as Narnia. The children are always teaching me new things and challenging me to learn more. I live at home with my mum and my younger sister. The things that I enjoy most are hanging out with family and friends and playing sport. I enjoy being a part of the youth team at Macquarie Life Church. I also enjoy going to the beach in my spare time.
I have loved working and being a part of the team at Narnia since 2003. I live with my husband and my giant puppy ‘Max’ and enjoy going swimming in my free time.
I started at Narnia in 2015 as a trainee and now am a full time educator.
My love and passion for children has grown so much since starting in this career and is only continuing to grow.
