Welcome to the Port Stephens Campus
At Narnia Port Stephens we are looking forward to partnering with every family to provide your child with the best start in Early Education and Care.
At Narnia we place Christ as the core of everything we do and experience great joy as we journey together with each child.
We follow the Early Years Learning Framework and we strive to provide environments both indoors and out that allow children to be individual learners; to experience joy, wonder and fun in all they do; to be immersed with new ideas and discovery; to follow their interests; to be the very best they can be; and to learn more about who they are as created by a loving God.
The Centre’s proximity to St Philips Christian College Junior School benefits the Transition to School program by allowing easier access to the Junior School facilities.
Children preparing for school become very familiar with the school environment before they begin Kindergarten with regular lessons and visits as part of the program.
We can’t wait to meet and get to know your children and watch their journey of discovering all that God has created them to be.

Meet Our Staff
Narnia staff are educated and experienced in Early Childhood education. We follow the Early Years Learning Framework to provide developmentally appropriate activities which are stimulating, challenging and creative and which cater for individual needs and interests. We provide flexible programs which promote self-discovery, spontaneous learning, independence and a positive self-esteem.
Our greatest aim is for all children to feel safe and secure in a loving Christian environment. This is the greatest entry point for learning.
I have over 20 years’ experience in both early childhood and Primary School teaching. I believe children should be exposed to an unprejudiced and fair society that is free from discrimination. I feel it is pertinent that children are able to be themselves and feel safe, supported, happy and confident in their learning environment. My interests are fitness and all things outdoors embracing a healthy attitude for life.
I am very excited to be part of the Narnia team and I look forward to working with like minded professional colleagues, who have quality education and care at the forefront of our minds.
I have been involved in Christian Education for over 25 years – from Early Childhood to Year 12. I am passionate to see each child come to know who they are in God and to help them as they learn about the wonder of His world and the gifts and skills he longs to grow in them.
I feel blessed to join the dedicated Narnia team as we nurture the children in our care.
I have four grown children and beautiful grandchildren and love spending time with them – camping, hiking and riding or just hanging out.
I am an active member of The Grainery Church.
My name is Dyan Brown. I have my Certificate III (2013) and Diploma (2016) in Early Childhood Education. I have been working with children since I finished my HSC in 2012 and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
I believe each child has their own unique strengths and ways in which they learn and I love to help encourage their own individualism and grow as a person.
I feel blessed to have been apart of the Narnia Port Stephens staff since it opened in 2017. I love caring for children and watching them grow into the unique individuals that God has created them to be.
I am married with three children and regularly attend Baylife Church at Anna Bay. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and taking walks in this beautiful area we live in.
I feel so incredibly blessed to have been given this opportunity to be an Educator at Narnia Port Stephens. Since 2016 I have been working in childcare. I have such a passion and drive to care, and educate children to be the best they can possibly be. I believe God has a great plan for these children, and I believe I can help them reach their full potential.
I am so exited to be a part of the Narnia team. There is such beautiful presence of God and atmosphere like no other here at Narnia
I believe children are the future of this nation and I am passionate about the nurture and care of children while teaching them to be their own individual creative self and to help foster their independence while they gain valuable life skills.
I am so excited and feel so blessed by God to have the opportunity to teach the beautiful minds of the children at Narnia. I first worked at Narnia as a Trainee in 2018, completing my Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
I am a creative person and I love expressing that in the way that I teach. I always love making learning experiences fun and exciting for all children. I look forward to seeing what we can do as a team to make Narnia the safest and happiest place to develop the young minds of children.
My role is to support the Narnia staff and families in any way I can. I have worked for many years in various administration roles and I am really looking forward to working at Narnia Port Stephens and getting to know the wonderful families and children attending the centre. In my spare time I like to go for walks, play tennis, swim and catch up with family and friends.
