Welcome to the Port Stephens Campus
At Narnia Port Stephens we are looking forward to partnering with every family to provide your child with the best start in Early Education and Care.
At Narnia we place Christ as the core of everything we do and experience great joy as we journey together with each child.
We follow the Early Years Learning Framework and we strive to provide environments both indoors and out that allow children to be individual learners; to experience joy, wonder and fun in all they do; to be immersed with new ideas and discovery; to follow their interests; to be the very best they can be; and to learn more about who they are as created by a loving God.
The Centre’s proximity to St Philips Christian College Junior School benefits the Transition to School program by allowing easier access to the Junior School facilities.
Children preparing for school become very familiar with the school environment before they begin Kindergarten with regular lessons and visits as part of the program.
We can’t wait to meet and get to know your children and watch their journey of discovering all that God has created them to be.

Meet Our Staff
Narnia staff are educated and experienced in Early Childhood education. We follow the Early Years Learning Framework to provide developmentally appropriate activities which are stimulating, challenging and creative and which cater for individual needs and interests. We provide flexible programs which promote self-discovery, spontaneous learning, independence and a positive self-esteem.
Our greatest aim is for all children to feel safe and secure in a loving Christian environment. This is the greatest entry point for learning.
Since completing my Early Childhood Teaching Degree in 2003, I have been privileged to teach many children in preschools, schools and also private tutoring settings. I am passionate about Early Childhood Education and I am so excited to be a part of Narnia Port Stephens and the SPCC community.
I have grown up in the Nelson Bay area and am now blessed with 2 beautiful daughters Jemma and Zara. I attend All Saints Anglican in Nelson Bay and in my spare time I like spending time at the beach, reading and being with family and friends.
I value the learning and development that takes place in the early years of life and aim to empower children to critically think and reflect for themselves. I believe this happens happens through creating a sense of belonging and building secure relationships, not only with the children but also with the families. I have been an ECT since 2011. I am currently completing my Masters.
I have worked and traveled around the world. I love exploring nature with my husband. We are passionate about serving God through the calling he has placed on our lives.
I believe that each child has the ability to do great things and that they each have a purpose placed on their life by God. I have by Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have been working in this industry since 2012. Through these years I have been building my knowledge and passion for working with children and this is continually growing.
I have lived in the local Port Stephens community my entire life and attend The Rock Church. I have a passionate heart for children and also for serving God and His church. I look forward to partnering with amazing families.

I have grown up in the Nelson Bay area and live here with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going camping and reading.
I feel so incredibly blessed to have been given this opportunity to be an Educator at Narnia Port Stephens. Since 2016 I have been working in childcare. I have such a passion and drive to care, and educate children to be the best they can possibly be. I believe God has a great plan for these children, and I believe I can help them reach their full potential.
I have a Diploma in Children’s Services and years of experience in both childcare and Early Intervention for children 0-9 years old. I am trained and experienced in supporting children with special needs.
My teaching reflects both child centred and family oriented practices, allowing children to develop at their own pace. Narnia gives children the opportunity to develop a love and understanding of our God. Every child deserves to strive and achieve the very best they can helping them become confident respected members of our society.
I am so exited to be a part of the Narnia team. There is such beautiful presence of God and atmosphere like no other here at Narnia
I believe children are the future of this nation and I am passionate about the nurture and care of children while teaching them to be their own individual creative self and to help foster their independence while they gain valuable life skills.
My role is to support the Narnia staff and families in any way I can. I have worked for many years in various administration roles and I am really looking forward to working at Narnia Port Stephens and getting to know the wonderful families and children attending the centre. In my spare time I like to go for walks, play tennis, swim and catch up with family and friends.
